This website is operated by EDCLICK CLASSROOMS, a proprietorship of Rayyan E. These terms apply to the use of our website and the purchase of our webinars, courses, and training services.
We provide professional skill learning through webinars, online and recorded courses, and practical or classroom training. The course description shown before enrollment specifies the content, duration, delivery format, fees, access period, and any included practical sessions or certificates.
Please read the description of the particular service you are purchasing. Features of one course are not automatically included in another course. A webinar registration does not include enrollment in a separate paid course.
Provide accurate registration and contact details, including your name and mobile or WhatsApp number. These details are used to communicate payment confirmation, access information, schedules, and support updates. Contact us promptly if your details are incorrect or you do not receive the expected access information.
By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The applicable price and any additional charges will be disclosed before payment. If an installment option is offered, the amount, due dates, and access conditions will be communicated before you accept it. Keep your payment receipt or transaction reference.
The ₹9 webinar registration fee is a commitment fee for the webinar only. Separate courses have their own fees.
Submitting a registration form or a payment screenshot does not by itself confirm receipt of payment. Direct QR or UPI payments requiring manual verification are confirmed after we verify receipt. Gateway payments are confirmed after successful payment verification. We will communicate your registration or enrollment confirmation and access details.
If a payment fails or remains pending, contact us before paying again to help avoid duplicate payments. Verified duplicate charges are handled under our Refund Policy.
Access is provided in the format and for the period stated for the purchased service. Recorded learning may require a compatible device, the designated learning app or platform, and an internet connection. Live sessions require attendance at the communicated time.
The recurring CCTV/ELV webinar schedule is every Thursday at 9:00 PM Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata). Your registration confirmation or access page identifies your booked session. Registration does not promise access to every future session unless that benefit is expressly stated.
Practical training is included only when the purchased course description says so. If it is optional or charged separately, the relevant details will be communicated before booking.
We will communicate changes to booked live sessions or practical training using the registration contact details. If we cancel or cannot provide a purchased service as promised, or reschedule a booked webinar, the relevant options and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy. We will not require you to accept an alternative in place of an eligible refund.

The ₹9 webinar fee is not refundable for participant cancellation or non-attendance when we provide the webinar as promised. Refunds remain available in the service-delivery and duplicate-payment circumstances stated in our Refund Policy.
For course dissatisfaction, a written request explaining the reason may be made within 72 hours after course access is first provided. For classroom-only courses, this period starts when the first scheduled class begins. A qualifying request receives a refund of the course fees actually paid for the enrollment. These conditions do not limit remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
Course videos, notes, presentations, and other learning materials are provided for your personal learning. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share paid access credentials or paid content without our written permission. This does not restrict any use permitted by applicable law.
Keep your account credentials and access links secure. Inform us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Participate respectfully and follow the trainer's instructions. During practical training, use the required protective equipment and follow the safety procedures communicated for the activity. Do not attempt hazardous electrical or battery work without appropriate training and supervision.
Where a certificate is included, the attendance, completion, or assessment requirements will be communicated for that course. The certificate description identifies its issuer and type; it should not be assumed to be a government license or accreditation unless expressly stated.
Our services support skill development. Individual outcomes depend on participation, practice, prior knowledge, and other circumstances. Purchasing a course does not by itself guarantee a job, salary, business income, or professional license. Any specific included career-support service will be described in the relevant course information.
We may use learning platforms, webinar tools, WhatsApp, and payment providers to deliver our services. Their applicable terms and privacy policies also govern your use of those platforms. See our Privacy Policy for information about our handling of personal information.
Contact us using the details below if you have an access problem, payment concern, refund request, or complaint. Include the details needed to identify your registration and explain the issue. Never share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or complete card details.
These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or your right to approach the appropriate consumer authority or court.
We may update these terms for future purchases and website use, showing the revised date on this page. Updates will not retrospectively remove benefits or refund rights agreed for an existing purchase.
